Nose re-shaping (Rhinoplasty)
–It is one of the very popular and common cosmetic surgeries in India. Nose can have abnormal shape or deformity since childhood or can happen due to injury or infections. It is a surgical procedure which is usually performed in order to improve the function (reconstructive surgery) or the appearance (cosmetic surgery) of nose. . Usually nose reshaping is done using our own body tissue from septum, ear or rib cartilage graft.

Rhinoplasty can be combined with other surgical procedures such as septoplasty to improve breathing or chin augmentation to enhance the aesthetic results.

A depressed or saddle nose is improved by incresing height of nasal dorsum using cartilage grafts or implants.
A broad and bulky nose can be corrected by reduction and thining of nasal framework and nasal bones narrowing.
Improvement in nasal tip is done by tip-plasty. Bulky Tip can be reduced and sharpned.
Flared nasal alae are redused by alar base reduction surgery.
Crooked Nose deformity is corrected by septo-rhinoplasty. Incase of daviated nose and dificulty in breathing correct to septo-rhinoplasty is indicated.
There is no visible scar after surgery as it is done from within the nostril.Sometimes scars are placed in natural crease so that it will not be easily visible.
One or two days of hospitalisation is required.

Mole Removal

Laser treatment..

Mole removal

Moles are dark spots or irregularities found in the skin. They come in various shapes and sizes. Moles can appear anywhere on the skin, from the nose and other facial area, as well as arms and chest areas, in groups, or by themselves. They can be present at birth, or can begin to appear over time. Some moles go unnoticed, and some, like facial "beauty marks," are actually considered attractive. However, moles are bothersome to some people, and can even lead to dangerous health risks. Mole removal, whether by laser or other surgery procedures, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that provides a solution to people wanting to improve their appearance and reduce associated health risks

Mole removal typically takes less than an hour to perform, depending on the amount of moles to be removed.

Laser treatment is another method of mole removal. While scarring is not an issue for this technique, it is important to know this is not a method used for treating deep moles because the laser does not penetrate deeply enough.

Liposuction and Body contouring Clinic –Liposuction ,Lipoplasty  and Lipostructuring is done for  various body parts including face , chin(double chin)  , neck,  arms ,,breast ,abdomen ,back ,  waist,  love handles , banana rolls and saddle bags  on buttocks , thighs and calf regions.. We do Ultrasonic Assisted Liposuction (UAL) as well as Tumescent Liposuction.
Generally fats removal up to 10% of body weight is done at a time. But Mega-Liposuction (fat removal up to 15 litters) can be done in special cases after considering all safety factors. It reduces the girth rather than the weight.

Regular fitness excercises and motivation is essential.we also provide special diet for such patients along with arobic excercise training.

Gynecomastia- (male breast enlargement) is a very common condition in men. It can result in terrible embarrassment, teasing, and social trauma. Many will try to hide it with thick shirts, avoid bare chest activities, and withdraw from public exposure.
Tumescent Liposuction Technique has limited bruising and swelling.. The surgical methods employed may vary depending on whether the breasts in the male patient are caused by adipose (fatty) or glandular tissue and the degree to which any glandular tissue extends laterally along the sides of the torso.
Dr. Bembde has evolved his surgery to maximize each patient's comfort and help early recovery.

Hair Transplantation

Hair Transplantation

Hair transplantation - It is primarily used to treat male pattern baldness, whereby grafts containing hair follicles that are genetically resistant to balding are transplanted to bald scalp. It is also used to restore eyelashes, eyebrows, and beard hair, and to fill in scars caused by accidents and surgery such as face-lifts and cleft lip repairs.

Since hair naturally grows in follicles that contain groupings of 1 to 4 hairs, today's most advanced techniques transplant this naturally occurring 1–4 hair "follicular units" in their natural groupings. Thus modern hair transplantation can achieve a natural appearance. This recent hair transplant procedure is called Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). Donor hair can be harvested in two very different ways;

1. Strip Harvesting - a strip of scalp is removed under local anesthesia, the wound is then sutured back together and this piece of scalp tissue is then cut in to small pieces of tissue called grafts which are then transplanted back in to the thinning area of the patients head. This method will leave a linear scar in the donor area, which should be covered by patient’s hair. The recovery period is around 2 weeks.

2. FUE Harvesting - (Follicular Unit Extraction) individual follicles of hair are removed under local anesthesia, this micro removal uses tiny punches. Each follicle is then reinserted back in to the scalp in the thinning area using A needle or micro blade. Because this is single follicles and no large amount of tissue is removed there are no visible scars or after surgery pain, with no need to return to the clinic after surgery as there are no stitches to remove. Recovery from FUE is within 7 days.

Facial Cosmetic Surgeries

Facial Cosmetic Surgeries

Very thick and bulky lips are reduced in size and shape with cosmetic surgery.
Very thin and ill defined lips are enlarged using patients own fat or fillers injection.
Cheek Augmentation
To augment the cheeks, a plastic surgeon may place a solid implant over the cheekbone. Injections with the patients' own fat or a soft tissue filler, like Restylane, are also popular. Rarely, various cuts to the zygomatic bone (cheekbone) may be performed. Cheek augmentation is commonly combined with other procedures, such as a face lift or chin augmentation.

Cheek implants can be made of a variety of materials like silicone, high-density porous polyethylene, marketed as Medpor, and ePTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene), better known as Gore-Tex.

Cheek Implants

Elevating the cheekbones gives the face a new sense of symmetry as well as elevates all of the other features of the face so that they look more youthful.

Chin Implants and Augmentation

Chin augmentation using surgical implants can alter the underlying structure of the face, providing better balance to the facial features. This operation is often, but not always, performed at the time of rhinoplasty to help balance the facial proportions. Chin augmentation may be achieved by manipulation of the jaw bone (mandible) and augmentation utilizing this technique usually provides a more dramatic correction than with the use of prosthetic implants.
Facial Asymmetry : Sometimes there irreularities or depression on the fae due to infections or since birth. It is ussually improved with patients own fat cells or fillers injection. If the asymentry is measured then bony surgery or bone grafts or implants are used.

Ear Surgery :
Ear Cosmetic Surgery can reshape deformed, prominent, or protruding ears. Plastic surgery of the ears can restore proportions.
Children having absent ears since birth can be reconstructed using rib cartilage grafts at the age of 8 years.
Torn ear lobule due to ornaments can be repared with good cosmetic results.

Eye Brow and Forehead lift

The forehead lift is also known as an endobrow lift, an open brow lift, or a temporal lift. The procedure cosmetically corrects sagging in the forehead skin, upper eyelids and eyebrows.

Surgeon will maneuver tissues and remove segments of muscles and skin that are responsible for wrinkles or deep frown. Sometimes, this procedure is performed in conjunction with a facelift or reshaping of the nose.

Eyelid Surgery

Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty ("eye lift") - hanging eyelits or baggy eyeits are trated with this procedure.
Repair of ptosis (drooping eyelid)
Excision & reconstruction of skin tumors affecting the skin around the eyes (e.g. basal cell, melanoma)
Management of dry eye
Evaluation of eyelid laxity, malposition and lagophthalmos
Treatment of conjunctival / fornix scarring (Symblepharon)

Face lifts

A facelift, technically known as a rhytidectomy (literally, surgical removal of wrinkles), is a type of cosmetic surgery procedure used to give a more youthful appearance. It usually involves the removal of excess facial skin, with or without the tightening of underlying tissues, and the redraping of the skin on the patient's face and neck .Sutureline is almost invisible in the hair line on the sides.
Thread lift - in this procedure absorbable or non absorbable special threads are used with special needles for improving the facing wrinkles and aging skin.
Facelifts were the sixth most popular aesthetic surgery performed after liposuction, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast reduction, and rhinoplasty.

Neck Lifts

Even though your neck can age before your face.

A neck lift is actually a set of procedures used to enhance the appearance of your neck:

• Cervicoplasty is the procedure used to remove excess skin
• Platysmaplasty removes or alters neck muscles

Surgeon also can perform neck liposuction, which removes excess fat. In some cases, Botox injections may be the answer to your problems if you have fullness or "bands."

It may also involve a procedure to counteract drooping of the breasts. This procedure is typically performed on women, but may also be performed on men afflicted by gynecomastia. . Breast reduction surgery is oriented toward women with large, pendulous breasts, especially gigantomastia, since the weight of their breasts may cause chronic pain of the head, neck, back, and shoulders, plus circulation and breathing problems. Body contouring

Body contouring is a general term that refers to any surgical procedure that alters different areas of the body, whether it is in a massive weight loss patient or not. Body contouring after massive weight loss refers to a series of procedures t
hat eliminate and/or reduce excess skin and fat that remains after obese individuals lose a significant amount of weight, in a variety of places including the torso, upper arms, chest, and thighs.

Food-restriction operations to the stomach have several side effects. One such undesirable side effect that is very bothersome andvisible is the loose, hanging skin that covers much of a weight loss patient's body. Because hundreds of pounds have stretched the patient's skin to the maximum, it has lost its elasticity and the ability to spring back. Instead, the newly slimmed patient must deal with so much extra hanging skin, he or she can actually stumble on an overhanging panniculus, the large apron of skin hanging from the stomach that can cover the pubis and groin areas. Notably, many extra inches (and sometimes, feet) of floppy skin hang from the upper arms, the chest, the stomach, the upper thighs and buttocks.

Most people who have lost massive amounts of weight complain about the difficulty of getting their fleshy arms into sleeves and their excess stomach skin tucked into clothing. Many say that sitting on the loose skin is like sitting on Jell-O. Most women in this state condition require a mastopexy, or breast lift, often in conjunction with breast implants. Men who have body shaping surgery usually undergo male breast reduction surgery to remove the pendulous skin hanging from their chests.

The extra rolls and sheets of skin rub against each other, creating many spots of irritation and leading to hygienic difficulties. The masses of excess skin also make any form of exercise difficult.

While the procedure is expensive, often running in the neighbourhood of US$20,000-50,000 for an entire body, it usually leaves long, visible scars on the arms, chest, stomach and legs. Most surgeons break the surgical task into an upper, and a lower, body lift. A lower body lift removes the sagging skin on the back, abdomen, buttocks and thighs while the upper body procedure removes loose skin from the arms, breasts and chest.
